Designing a new website or product, or doing a redesign is where almost all of the fun is. And nowadays with modern tools, it’s a very collaborative and iterative process.

We use InVision to keep an organized set of all designs, and it’s also where clients give feedback in-context, essentially becoming a collaborator in the design process. Depending on the project, we can also prototype animations, interaction design and application flow. And if it’s a project that requires development of a design system, we can use a Design System Manager (DSM) to maintain centralized documentation for the design language and design principles.

Long gone are the days of designing websites in Photoshop. For nearly a decade our design tool of choice was Adobe Fireworks which was great in many ways, but nowadays we use tools that are even more dialed in for designing digital experiences. Sketch and Figma are the industry leaders, and have transformed the design process in so many ways.
