Internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) are processes used in the designing and building of products that can adapt to multiple languages. We have a lot of experience with this, especially in the context of multi-language Drupal sites.

We also have worked very closely with Cloudwords which is a translation management solution, architecting and maintaining their Drupal 7 and Drupal 8 plugins, and assisting their customers get up-to-speed with multi-language setups on Drupal sites.

Not only are we experienced on the engineering side, but we also have been involved on the design side, for example website design for right-to-left (RTL) languages such as Arabic.
